Mayor Wonka Nagin speaks

Denizens, what with Ray "I'm the mayor of NOLA but I live in Dallas" Nagin wanting to make sure that N'awlins remains the "Chocolate City"...well, it occurs to us that he sounds a little bit like Willy Wonka.
With that in mind, one enterprising young hack came up with this site.

This clown has not been punished enough. If it was a white politician who said it, the execution would have been televised two hours later, after wall-to-wall rants from the likes of Jesse I'm-an-irrelevant-philanderer Jackson, Louis Freakakon, and Al Sharptongue.
I could at least respect this knucklehead a little if he said what he was really thinking: Post-Katrina, there aren't enough black people living here to get my sorry ass re-elected.
