If only the GOP had the spine to air this...
I lifted appropriated obtained this from Drudge.
It comes from "Airplane!" and "Naked Gun" producer David Zucker - who, as you may recall, was a Democrat who finally saw the Jackasses for who they really were and voted for W in '04.
He came up with this little blurb for the '06 midterms - and if the GOP had any balls to speak of, they'd use it, starting immediately.
But they don't, so they won't. But it's still funny as hell, so I figured I'd scarf it and show it to you before Drudge took it down.
Enjoy. Spew warnings 'n all.

Funnily enough, David Zucker is also the co-creator and executive producer of 'Family Guy', a show which doesn't shy away from pointed barbs at Bush's expense.

Funnily enough, Family Guy isn't even in the top 20 weekly TV shows, according to Nielsen.

But don't you think it's an interesting contradiction?

But don't you think it's an interesting contradiction?
Not necessarily.
What you need to remember is that W is not governing like a conservative. Oh, sure, there are some things of which the Right approves, such as tax cuts and his unwillingness as Commander-in-Chief to play "cut-and-run" in Iraq, as Murtha the Chickenshit would have us do. But he's not as conservative as everyone would have us believe, and you'll find that many of us are tired of his Muslim-appeasing, you-can't-deport-twelve-million-illegals schtick. Had there been a conservative candidate on the horizon four years ago, Bush wouldn't have made it past the '04 primaries.
Having said that, if Zucker is taking potshots at conservative principles, then I'll be happy to call him an asshole. But I don't know what he's saying. "Family Guy" is, to me, a cheap-assed knockoff of "The Simpsons" - and I've always thought that "The Simpsons" was a steaming vat of putrid bullshit.
