at 12 pm today I was sworn to defend the USA from enemies foreign and domestic… Thus demolishing the leftards’ beloved bromide about how everyone who joins the military is poor, stupid, mislead and uneducated. Yay! I have my own post over here! I love it! And I cannot wait to get started. Going to basic on June 27, at Fort Jackson SC. Then, after 9 weeks there, going to Fort Gordon GA for 20 weeks of individual training. Missing a semester at school, but I will be getting college credits from training. I am soooo happy I finally did this! Thanks, Spats!

Natasha, I hope you have cool weather for Basic and AIT. Summer in Jackson and Gordon ain't no laughing matter. Sucks big time, as a matter of fact. BTDT, out grew the t-shirt.
